SFDC FSL Architect

Role Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations-covering scheduling, dispatch, mobile field apps, and service resource optimization.
• Integrate FSL with core Salesforce modules (Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics) and external systems (ERP, IoT platforms, GPS tracking).
• Architect scalable, multi-tenant FSL solutions with custom objects, Apex triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components tailored to complex field operations.
• Define data models, security policies, and automation frameworks that ensure compliance, performance, and auditability at scale.
• Lead technical workshops with stakeholders, translate business workflows into FSL configuration/blueprints, and mentor delivery teams on best practices.
• Optimize FSL performance for high-volume scheduling, dynamic routing, and real-time mobile sync across disconnected field environments.

• Experience with Service Appointment Scheduling Optimization
• Familiarity with Field Service Mobile (FSM) and IoT integrations (e.g., Salesforce IoT Cloud, Salesforce Field Service Mobile)
