SFDC Conga CPQ Lead

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Conga CPQ solutions on Salesforce.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to pricing, quoting, approvals, contracts, and revenue processes.
• Design scalable CPQ architecture and recommend best practices.
• Configure and customize Conga CPQ products, pricing rules, product catalogs, and approval workflows.
• Integrate Conga CPQ with Salesforce Sales Cloud and downstream enterprise systems.
• Drive technical design discussions and provide solution leadership.
• Mentor and guide development teams on CPQ best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce standards.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce CRM.
• Hands-on expertise in Conga CPQ implementation and support.
• Experience with Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
• Knowledge of product configuration, pricing models, discounting, and approvals.
• Salesforce configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Security Model, Reports & Dashboards.
• Salesforce development knowledge:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL/SOSL
• Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Conga Contracts and Conga Composer.
• Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Enterprise integration experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, CPQ Specialist preferred).Role & responsibilities
