Overview

SFCC Functional Consultant responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications for B2C/B2B storefront implementations.
Leads requirement workshops, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and documentation while partnering with business and technical teams to drive successful SFCC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
  

• Hands-on experience with B2C/B2B storefront implementations and a good understanding of SFCC Business Manager.
  

• Lead requirement discovery workshops and gather business/user requirements from stakeholders.
  

• Prepare BRD, Functional Specification Documents (FSD), use cases, workflows, and user stories.
  

• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for development teams.
  

• Work with business, IT, Project Managers, and sponsors to define scope, priorities, and resolve requirement conflicts.
  

• Analyze requirements for completeness, feasibility, consistency, and business alignment.
  

• Support preparation and validation of test cases against business requirements.
  

• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and project delivery.
  

• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
  

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• B-Tech, M-Tech, MCA.
