Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
- Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
- Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
- Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
- Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
- Requirement Gathering: Documents clear business needs during workshops with moderate guidance
- Functional Expertise: Configuring and troubleshooting with growing confidence
- Consulting Skills: Leads workshops and extracts insights from discussions
- Communication: Conveys ideas clearly and keeps stakeholders informed
- Task Ownership: Manages own responsibilities with minimal reminders
- Attention to Detail: Reviewing work carefully, reducing avoidable mistakes
- Client Orientation: Balances client requests with solution feasibility
- Problem Solving: Analyzes root causes and proposes solutions for common issues
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
- 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills
- Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required)
