SEZ Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

• SEZ Compliance Management
• Coordination with Vendors, SEZ Officers & Internal Teams
• Approval Process for Material Removal from SEZ Premises
• Maintenance and Validation of Inward/Outward Registers
• Manage vendor documentation and ensured compliance with SEZ and internal protocols along with material movement across multiple vendors.
• Able to manage verifying high volume data of delivery challans and vendor registers & SEZ Registers with high accuracy.
• Prepare and submit Performance Reports on Quarterly basis on Half yearly basis with detailed analysis.
• Manage vendor onboarding, SOPs, and compliance processes.
• Support training for security staff on document verification and SEZ compliance practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation and operational issues efficiently.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong documentation and verification skills
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of SEZ regulations (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
