Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end US Mortgage Settlement Operations.
• Handle settlement, closing, title, and related mortgage processes.
• Ensure transactions are completed accurately within defined SLAs and quality standards.
• Review and resolve process-related issues, escalations, and exceptions.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, turnaround time, and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and review MIS, operational reports, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements, process guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members based on the role level.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in US Mortgage Operations.
• Strong experience in Settlement / Closing / Title / Mortgage Operations.
• Good understanding of the US Mortgage lifecycle and settlement process.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage targets, SLAs, quality, and productivity.
• Leadership and people-management experience required for TL / AM / Manager / Senior Manager roles.
