Role - ServiceNow Digital Delivery Architect

Digital transformation and process automation ServiceNow Digital Delivery Architect, it is essentially a senior ServiceNow architecture + delivery role.

This person understands the customers digital/business requirements and designs how those requirements should be implemented on the ServiceNow platform, while guiding the delivery team.
ServiceNow describes architect roles as translating business goals and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint and roadmap, while ensuring the solution follows platform best practices. “Digital” generally refers to using ServiceNow as a digital workflow/transformation platform, not just traditional IT ticketing.

It can involve areas such as:
ITSM – Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request
ITOM – monitoring, Discovery, CMDB
CSM – customer service
HRSD – HR workflows
Service Portal / Employee Experience
Automation & Flow Designer
Integrations/API
AI / Now Assist
Digital transformation and process automation

Must-have
Strong ServiceNow architecture experience
End-to-end ServiceNow implementation/delivery experience
Strong knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules
Solution/technical architecture
Integration experience – REST/SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub/MID Server
Strong client/stakeholder management
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience leading ServiceNow implementation teams
