Job Description

We are looking for skilled ServiceNow Developers with expertise in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing workplace service solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop WSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure Workplace Reservation, Visitor Management, Space Management, and Workplace Case Management processes.
• Implement integrations with enterprise applications and workplace management systems.
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
• Participate in requirement discussions and solution design workshops.
• Perform code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
