We are hiring Service now Testers for one of our leading Investment banking client in Mumbai.

Experience : 3-5 years

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (ATF - Automated Testing Framework).
• Execute manual exploratory tests for new user stories and regression cycles.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define acceptance criteria with Business Analysts/Product Owners; verify they are met.
• Report defects promptly, track them in the backlog, and verify fixes.
• Complete testing document with performed steps.
• Advocate for testability and quality best practices across the team.
• Mentor junior testers and promote a shift left testing mindset
