ServiceNow Technical Lead & ServiceNow SPM Developer
- Locations: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Experience: 4 to 7 years
- Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

ServiceNow ITAM: - Role: ServiceNow SPM developer Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).
- Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow development.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and workflows.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.
- Exposure to ITSM and CMDB modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform capabilities.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience 4-6 years Work timings: 04:00 to 18:00 EST
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Workday Integration
- Expertise in REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and BOT APIs
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
- Hands-on experience in ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and CMDB
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
- Exposure to SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and PSM
- Experience with Azure AD and Okta integrations
- Knowledge of integration tools and middleware
This role is for you if you have the below Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Master’s degree is an added advantage
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS modules) preferred
Work experience
- 6–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in ServiceNow implementations.
- Hands-on experience in Workday integration with ServiceNow.
- Strong background in building and managing REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and BOT integrations.
- Experience working across ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery (design, development, deployment).
- Prior experience in code reviews, release management, and team mentoring.
- Exposure to SPM and PSM modules and identity integrations (Azure AD, Okta) is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
