Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) with strong expertise in GRC/IRM and enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture. The candidate will be responsible for driving architecture strategy, governance, and roadmap initiatives while partnering with senior and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and solution design for GRC/IRM.
• Own Architecture Governance and Architecture Review Board activities.
• Define and maintain the enterprise ServiceNow roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership for complex ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
• Review solution designs, architecture decisions, technical standards, and platform strategy.
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and opportunities for platform optimization.
• Collaborate with business, technology, security, and delivery teams.
• Manage relationships and effectively communicate with executive/C-level stakeholders.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow CTA Certification Mandatory
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience; 8+ preferred.
• Strong experience in GRC / IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
• Architecture Governance / Review Board ownership.
• Enterprise Architecture and ServiceNow roadmap experience.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and enterprise solution design.

Candidates without active ServiceNow CTA certification will not be considered.
