Experience: 9–12 years

Must-Have Skills

• Tech Lead-level consultant who can understand requirements and derive design/solution through discussion
• Hands-on experience with Workspace and UI Builder
• Extensive experience in Playbook creation and linking with UI components
• Basic understanding of CMDB (to know which table to refer to for UI and Playbook building)
• Good communication and discussion maturity

Key Responsibilities

• Build user interfaces and experiences leveraging ServiceNow UX Frameworks
• Create Next Experience / Workspaces, UI Builder, and PA widgets
• Build responsive components, support branding, and theme implementation
• Implement Playbook-driven engineering execution within ServiceNow
• Configure ServiceNow Playbooks
• Support workspace-based execution flows
• Implement guided commissioning workflows
• Integrate UI Builder with automation flows
• Configure Data Brokers
