ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Implement Demand, Project, Portfolio, Investment, Resource, and Financial Management.
• Configure Portfolio Hierarchy and data structures.
• Develop and customize SPM workflows and business logic.
• Build Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Support SPM integrations and data migration activities.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
• Collaborate with Architects and Functional Consultants on solution implementation.
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide implementation recommendations.
• Follow ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps as required.
• Support Strategic Planning Workspace, APM, and Enterprise Architecture capabilities where applicable.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile:

• 6-10 years of overall experience with strong ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on SPM/PPM/ITBM implementation experience.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API, CSDM, and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, APM, or Strategic Planning Workspace is preferred.
• CIS-SPM / CSA / CAD certification is an advantage.
