• We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Consultant / Developer with strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SPM solutions while leveraging core platform features to meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform development.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes.
• Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Good understanding of Agile and project management processes.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• ServiceNow SPM / PPM certification is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
