Role - ServiceNow SPM Consultant

Experience required - 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite.
• Configure and customize:
• Demand Management
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Resource Management
• Financial Planning
• Agile Development 2.0
• Application Portfolio Management (APM)
• Develop workflows and automations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Build and support integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure project, demand, portfolio, resource, and financial management processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, PMOs, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, defect fixes, and release deployments.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
