Job Description for ServiceNow SPM Developer in Chennai, TN:

• 5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience with 3+ years hands-on experience in SPM/PPM. 
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource and Financial Management. 
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SPM workflows and business processes. 
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and ACLs. 
• Strong hands-on experience with Flow Designer for workflow automation and approvals. 
• Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating ServiceNow with external applications. 
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards and Performance Analytics. 
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, roles and platform best practices. 
• Experience in production support, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployments and ServiceNow upgrades. 
• CSA / CIS-SPM certification preferred, with strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
