ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst (ITSM | Now Assist) | Pan India

Job Summary

Value Innovation Labs is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong SPM and ITSM knowledge for a leading enterprise client. You will work with business stakeholders to turn requirements into clear functional specifications and support delivery of ServiceNow SPM initiatives from workshops through UAT and release.

Mandatory Skills

- 10 years of total IT experience, with 8 years in business analysis

- 8 years focused on ServiceNow implementations

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, with exposure to SPM

- Experience in Now Assist implementation

Roles & Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow SPM initiatives

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials

- Lead workshops for process mapping, requirement validation, and solution design

- Apply ServiceNow best practices, data model knowledge, and platform constraints

- Map business processes and recommend process optimizations

- Manage stakeholder expectations, give regular status updates, and support decision making

- Support testing: help create test cases, coordinate UAT, capture defects, and validate fixes

- Prepare implementation documentation, release notes, and end-user guides

- Work in a SAFe Agile framework using the ServiceNow Agile board

- Work with integration teams on ServiceNow integrations

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8 to 12 years of experience, with strong business analysis and ServiceNow implementation background (mandatory)

- Hands-on with ServiceNow ITSM and exposure to SPM

- ServiceNow WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) experience is a plus

- Now Assist implementation experience

- Familiarity with SAFe and Agile delivery

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) are a plus

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
