ServiceNow SPM Architect

Role & responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end ServiceNow SPM solution architecture and design.
• Design portfolio hierarchy, investment and funding models, financial structures, and SPM data models.
• Lead SPM architecture/design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Define SPM solution patterns aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Guide development, integration, and data-migration teams.
• Review technical designs and ensure alignment across SPM, EA/APM, and CSDM.
• Identify opportunities to use out-of-the-box (OOB) ServiceNow capabilities instead of unnecessary customization.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and functional consultants.
• Support architecture governance, design reviews, and implementation decisions.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow implementation and architecture expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience in SPM, PPM, Demand, Portfolio Planning, Funding, Financial & Resource Management.
• Good knowledge of CSDM, EA/APM, integrations, and ServiceNow data models.
• Experience in solution design, customer workshops, stakeholder management, and architecture governance.
• Ability to lead development, integration, and data-migration teams.
• Strong understanding of OOB ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
• CIS-SPM, CSA, CAD, CTA/CA certifications preferred.
