ServiceNow Solution / Technical Architect (Pre sales) _ Pune Location

Mandatory Skills

1. ServiceNow Platform Architecture: Strong hands-on and architectural experience in ServiceNow enterprise implementations.
2. Solution Design: Ability to design end-to-end solutions, define technical roadmaps, and translate business requirements into architecture.
3. ServiceNow Modules: Strong expertise in ITSM and experience across multiple modules such as ITOM, CSM, SPM, or HRSD.
4. ServiceNow Development: Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and custom application development.
5. Integrations and APIs: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise system integrations.
6. Platform Configuration: Experience with Flow Designer, CMDB, Service Portal/UI Builder, and platform customization.
7. Security and Governance: Understanding of access controls, roles, security models, platform governance, and upgrade best practices.
8. Technical Leadership: Experience guiding technical teams, reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions.
9. Customer Engagement: Ability to lead technical discussions, understand customer requirements, and communicate solution architecture effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ServiceNow pre-sales, solution consulting, and effort estimation.
• Experience building or scaling a ServiceNow practice or CoE.
• Experience working with ServiceNow partner teams and joint customer opportunities.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or relevant Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials.
• Experience with enterprise architecture patterns and complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.

• A strong technical architect rather than a candidate limited to administration or a single ServiceNow module.
• Able to combine hands-on platform knowledge with enterprise-level solution design.
• Experienced in customer-facing architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
