Servicenow Solution Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions on the Now Platform across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM. You will own the technical vision, define reference architectures, guide implementation teams, and act as the trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders. The role combines hands-on platform depth with strategic thinking on scalability, governance, and long-term platform health.

Role & responsibilities-

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 6+ years on the ServiceNow platform and at least 2 years in an architect or lead design role.
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience in at least two of the four modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM), with working knowledge of the others.
• Strong command of platform fundamentals: scripting (server/client-side JavaScript), Flow Designer, Workspaces/UI Builder, Service Portal/Next Experience, ACLs, and scoped applications.
• Deep understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery/Service Mapping.
• Hands-on experience designing integrations with enterprise systems.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL, and of HR and customer service processes.
• Experience with performance optimization, security, and platform governance at enterprise scale.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Required / Strongly Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• At least two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, such as ITSM, HR, Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, or CSM

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or a CTA candidate
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
