ServiceNow Solution Architect Location: India, Remote

Work Experience: 8-10 Years

Good to Have:

• Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM), including Discovery and Event Management

Required Skills:

• 5+ years Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform implementation
• Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Flow Designer, Service Catalog and Service Portal
• Experience with integrations and automation
• Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Certifications (Preferred):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor teams
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including org setup and platform configuration.
• Design and implement core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Develop and manage CMDB architecture, data modeling and governance.
• Build workflows/flows using Flow Designer and automate business processes.
• Design and develop Service Catalog items, including complex request workflows.
• Customize and enhance Service Portal for improved user experience.
• Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure and deploy Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, best practices, and architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability.
