Servicenow Solution Architect

Role & responsibilities

Role Summary:
Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow ITSM and integration solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business needs, and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow Solutions (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/HRSD)
• Proven experience driving design workshops, governance councils, and platform roadmap discussions.
• Design and govern integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, third-party systems)
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Define solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns
• Drive CSDM / CMDB alignment and platform standardization
• Provide technical leadership to development and operations teams
• Lead upgrade, release planning, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with enterprise integration teams (e.g., Azure, SAP, Kafka) to ensure reliable and secure data exchange, ensuring integrations adhere to data privacy, GDPR, and audit standards.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM architecture
• Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and middleware
• Deep understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and platform data models
• Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and governance frameworks

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience; strong ServiceNow background
• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (at least one core module ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or SPM)
