ServiceNow Solution Architect / Lead Consultant

About the Role

Innoitus ServiceNow Consulting is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect / Lead Consultant to help build and grow our ServiceNow consulting capability.

The ideal candidate will combine strong ServiceNow technical expertise with solution architecture, customerconsulting, presales, and delivery leadership. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to understandbusiness requirements, design practical ServiceNow solutions, support sales opportunities, and guide implementation teams.

This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to architect solutions while remaining comfortable configuring andprototyping ServiceNow solutions when required.

• • Lead ServiceNow solution architecture and design activities across customer engagements.
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering meetings.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and practical ServiceNow solutions.
  • Create high-level solution architecture and integration diagrams.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Design ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Support CMDB and CSDM implementation and governance.
  • Develop ServiceNow demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Support presales activities, including RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals.
  • Prepare implementation estimates, effort assessments, and delivery plans.
  • Develop ServiceNow roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Present proposed solutions to customers, including senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development and architecture best practices.
  • Remain hands-on with configuration, development, and prototyping when required.
  • Contribute to establishing repeatable ServiceNow consulting methodologies and accelerators.
  • Support successful delivery of initial and ongoing customer engagements.
  • Contribute to expanding the organisations ServiceNow certifications and capabilities.

• • 4-7 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
  • Experience participating in multiple ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Experience across multiple ServiceNow application areas.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management processes.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience with ServiceNow solution design and architecture.
  • Experience creating high-level architecture and integration diagrams.
  • Ability to conduct customer workshops and requirement discussions.
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with implementation estimation and effort planning.
  • Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and prototyping experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
