Position Summary Level: Consultant As part of Deloitte’s Cyber practice, you will work with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable workflow solutions, integrations, dashboards, and platform enhancements. This role offers the opportunity to support complex client environments while building capabilities across ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and adjacent SecOps modules.

Work you'll do As a Security Engineer II on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

• Support requirements gathering sessions, technical workshops, and solution design activities for ServiceNow SecOps implementations, with a focus on Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response
• Configure and administer ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, including sources, vulnerability items, assignment rules, service-level agreements, notifications, and remediation task workflows
• Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools such as vulnerability scanners, security information and event management platforms, and middleware components including MID Server
• Build and enhance automation using Flow Designer and Integration Hub to support routing, enrichment, escalation, remediation verification, and closure activities
• Develop dashboards, reports, and technical documentation to support governance, operational metrics, audit readiness, and stakeholder decision-making

The team Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation team helps organizations align cyber programs to business priorities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk objectives. The team supports clients in strengthening governance, modernizing operating models, and implementing technology-enabled solutions that improve resilience across the cybersecurity landscape. Our work spans cyber transformation, risk and compliance, third-party risk, assessments and frameworks, solution implementation, and analytics-driven reporting.

Qualifications Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, development, or platform configuration
• 1+ year of hands-on experience implementing or operating ServiceNow Vulnerability Response
• Experience supporting the vulnerability management lifecycle, including scan ingestion, triage, prioritization, remediation, and closure
• Experience working with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) or asset data used for vulnerability and service mapping
• Experience with JavaScript, Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) APIs, and Flow Designer
• Experience supporting integrations with vulnerability scanners or security tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, or Microsoft Sentinel
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or a related field Preferred:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• ServiceNow Vulnerability Response or SecOps Implementation Specialist certification
• Experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response or Configuration Compliance
• Experience with large-volume data ingestion, performance tuning, or platform optimization
• Experience creating technical documentation such as runbooks, design documents, and user guides
