About this role
- Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Architect ServiceNow SecOps capabilitiesincluding Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence and integrate cyber findings into enterprise risk and compliance workflows
- Configure and support ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response modules.
- Collaborate with security and operations teams to automate and streamline processes.
- Experience in Vulnerability Response Module , Security Incident Response.
- Experience integrating vulnerability scanners such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and security operations processes
- Familiarity with security and risk frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and GDPR
- Good to have: ServiceNow Certifications
