Job Summary

About the role You ll own the day-to-day flow of delivery for a ServiceNow product squad, running Agile ceremonies, helping the team stay focused, and giving the Product Owner and wider stakeholders a clear, honest view of progress.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Own and maintain the squad s backlog structure and hygiene in partnership with the Product Owner
• Track and report sprint velocity, burn-down/burn-up and flow metrics
• Identify, escalate and help remove delivery blockers and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-squad dependencies with other ServiceNow Scrum Masters and Product Owners
• Coach the squad on Agile/Scrum practice and continuous improvement
• Maintain visibility of risks, issues and decisions in the squad s agreed reporting format
• Support onboarding of new squad members into the squad s ways of working

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead in an enterprise technology environment
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Kanban delivery methods
• Comfortable using ServiceNow Agile Development (or equivalent enterprise backlog tooling) to run a live backlog
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, conflict resolution and meeting management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience reporting delivery status, risks and metrics to senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working with distributed teams and multiple delivery partners
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I or equivalent), or willing to obtain within probation

Desirable

• Scrum Master experience specifically on a ServiceNow delivery programme
• SAFe or other scaled-Agile certification
• Experience running more than one squad concurrently as a shared or part-time resource
