Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare test strategy, test plans, and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate ServiceNow workflows and business processes.
• Perform test automation using ATF where applicable.
• Collaborate with developers and functional consultants for defect resolution.
• Validate releases and production deployments.
