Job Description

We are looking for experienced Project Managers and Delivery Leaders to manage ServiceNow transformation and delivery programs for global clients.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, service governance, resource planning, and ServiceNow program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects and support engagements
• Lead project planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution
• Drive service delivery excellence and operational governance
• Manage customer relationships and stakeholder communication
• Oversee resource planning, allocation, and utilization
• Ensure compliance with delivery KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards
• Coordinate with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience
• Experience in one or more roles:
• Project Manager (PM)
• Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
• Resource Manager (RM)
• Customer Manager (CM)
• Delivery Manager
• Experience managing ServiceNow projects or ServiceNow support programs
• Excellent stakeholder and team management skills
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and service delivery frameworks
