Job Description

We are seeking experienced Project Managers with expertise in ServiceNow Asset Management implementations and transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading projects involving IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM), while managing client stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Asset Management transformation programs
• Drive implementation and adoption of ServiceNow ITAM solutions
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources
• Work closely with business stakeholders and enterprise asset teams
• Ensure delivery governance and reporting
• Coordinate with architects, developers, and implementation teams
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and milestones
• Support strategic asset management initiatives

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience
• Relevant experience in Project Management and ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM implementations will be highly preferred.
• Experience managing ServiceNow Asset Management projects
• Strong understanding of:
• ITAM
• HAM
• SAM
• Experience in project planning and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of software and hardware asset lifecycle management
