About this role
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow transformation and implementation programs across one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, SPM, etc.).
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive ServiceNow deployment readiness, cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare support activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business SMEs, architects, developers, testing teams, integration teams, and infrastructure teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment planning.
- Manage program governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, RAID logs, and executive communications.
- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives, compliance requirements, and operational readiness.
- Track program milestones, KPIs, resource utilization, and project financials.
- Manage vendor and partner engagements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution during critical deployment and cutover windows.
- Support organizational change management, user adoption, training, and transition to support teams.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Development of cutover runbooks and deployment plans.
- Cutover governance and command center management.
- Production deployment coordination.
- Data migration validation and rollback planning.
- Hypercare planning and transition to operations.
- Risk and issue management during go-live events.
