ServiceNow - Product Delivery Manager - Moveworks

EY is looking for a Product Delivery Manager with strong expertise in ServiceNow, Moveworks, and Product Management to lead the delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement of enterprise solutions. The role requires a blend of technical and functional capabilities, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementation, stakeholder management, product roadmap ownership, and Moveworks integration.

• Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog prioritization, and lifecycle management for ServiceNow and Moveworks solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and recommend appropriate platform capabilities.
• Drive end-to-end delivery including planning, demand management, risk mitigation, UAT, and production go-live.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to resolve business and technical challenges.
• Manage and prioritize implementation initiatives to maximize business value and platform adoption.
• Establish governance, monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead integrations between Moveworks, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.

• Experience with Moveworks capabilities such as Conversational AI, Enterprise Search, NLU, and workflow automation.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Slack, HR systems, and identity platform integrations.
