ServiceNow Platform Engineer / Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical roadmaps for ITSM projects.
• Provide architectural guidance on integrating various systems using APIs, web services, or other technologies.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ITSM solutions and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITSM implementation and integration.

Job Requirements :

• 8-17 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in ITSM (ITIL) processes.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development architecture and its applications in ITSM.
• Experience in leading complex system integrations using various integration tools.
• Knowledge of service management principles, processes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
