ServiceNow Platform Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement ServiceNow Platform Architecture for large-scale IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical roadmaps, solution designs, and integration strategies.
• Develop and maintain CMDB, Discoverer, ITOM, SAM, SOAP APIs, REST APIs, OAuth authentication mechanisms using ServiceNow's platform capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GDPR and HIPAA by implementing governance frameworks.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Platform Architecture or Solution Architect role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Platform features including CMDB, Discoverer, ITOM, SAM, SOAP APIs, REST APIs, OAuth authentication mechanisms.
• Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
