Work Mode: Onsite Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) Consultant to design, configure, and manage analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across ServiceNow modules. The role involves building KPIs, indicators, dashboards, and reports while ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform implementations.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the

Performance Analytics module .

• Strong understanding of: + KPIs, Metrics vs Indicators + Breakdowns and Breakdown Mappings + Data Collection Jobs and Scheduled Scripts
• Proficiency in

ServiceNow reporting and dashboarding .

• Working knowledge of

ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) for PA customization.

• Experience with

data modeling and analytics concepts .

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
