Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect or Lead to design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The candidate will be responsible for defining platform architecture, governance standards, technical design, integrations, and best practices while providing technical leadership to ServiceNow development and implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture / Lead and platform design.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow custom application development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and Middleware.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM implementation
• Knowledge of platform governance, security, and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
