ServiceNow Lead/Architect

ServiceNow Lead/Architect Location: India, Remote

Work Experience: 10-14 Years

• Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM), including Discovery and Event Management
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform implementation ITSM ITOM
• Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Flow Designer, Service Catalog and Service Portal
• Experience with integrations and automation
• Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations including org setup and platform configuration
• Design and implement core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) ITOM
• Develop and manage CMDB architecture, data modeling and governance
• Build workflows/flows using Flow Designer and automate business processes
• Design and develop Service Catalog items, including complex request workflows
• Customize and enhance Service Portal for improved user experience
• Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Configure and deploy Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities
• Provide technical leadership, best practices and architectural guidance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Ensure platform performance, security and scalability
