Implement ServiceNow ITSM modules and integration with ATF tools. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to drive ITSM implementation and integrations, including test automation and platform configuration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform including workflows, business rules, UI policies
- Work on third-party integrations, especially ADO
- Write test scripts for integrations
- Ensure development follows best practices and standards
Qualifications
- 5+ yrs of experience in IT Service Management and Transformation
- 2-3 yrs ServiceNow experience, especially with integrations
- Proficient in JavaScript and web development technologies
- Hands-on experience in ITSM implementation and integrations
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices
