Work on ServiceNow ITSM and third-party integrations with ATF. This role focuses on IT Service Management and Integration solutions using ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies.
- Configure Notifications, SLAs, Workflows, Users, Groups.
- Write test scripts for integrations.
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed in development.
Qualifications
- 5+ yrs of experience in IT Service Management and Transformation services.
- 2-3 yrs of ServiceNow experience with third-party integrations (preferably ADO).
- Hands-on experience with ITSM implementation and integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and web development technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
- Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
