About this role
Hiring: ServiceNow ITSM Lead
Experience: 10 - 14 Years
Location: Airoli, Mumbai (Hybrid 2–3 days WFO per week)
Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST, with flexibility to provide up to 4 hours of overlap with US EST hours
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Lead with strong hands-on development and solution architecture expertise to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
* ServiceNow ITSM: Strong expertise in ITSM modules, workflows, and ITIL process implementations.
* Custom Application Development: Hands-on experience with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Workspace.
* Integrations: Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JDBC, and MID Server configurations.
-Scripting & Development: Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Service Portal widgets.
* Web Technologies:Working knowledge of AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
* Platform Health & Optimization:Experience in performance tuning, upgrade planning, Instance Scan, and HealthScan best practices.
* Technical Leadership: Ability to drive solution design, ensure best practices, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
* 10–14 years of overall IT experience, with approximately 8 years of dedicated ServiceNow development and solution architecture experience.
* Strong hands-on technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and enterprise integrations.
* Must be comfortable working in a hybrid setup from Airoli, Mumbai.
* Flexibility to support US business hours with the required EST overlap.
