About this role
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance IT service management processes. You will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules.
- Implement and customize ITSM modules including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Management
- Knowledge Management
- Service Catalog
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
- Create and maintain ServiceNow forms, tables, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
- Configure Service Catalog items, record producers, and approval workflows.
- Build reusable Script Includes and server-side/client-side scripts.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and instance maintenance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.

- 410 years of experience in ServiceNow development with strong ITSM implementation experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Experience
- End-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow deployments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
