Servicenow ITSM Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations using Servicenow's UI Policy framework.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to team members.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in ITSM (ITIL v3/4) .
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform including its modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc. .
• Proficiency in developing customizations using Servicenow's UI Policy framework.
