Work Mode: Temporary Remote | Return to Office as per company policy
Shift: 05:30 PM 02:30 AM IST (US EST Coverage)
Experience: 8+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to Short Notice Preferred

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM, particularly Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and IntegrationHub.
• Expertise in AIOps, event correlation, alert management, noise reduction, anomaly detection, and event intelligence.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Netcool/Omnibus, Opsview, Broadcom DX APM, ITNM, SNMP, CA APM, and Everbridge.
• Hands-on experience with automation and scripting using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience integrating monitoring and observability platforms with ServiceNow ITSM workflows.
• Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure environments, including distributed systems, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize ServiceNow Event Management capabilities.
• Improve event correlation, reduce alert noise, and enhance operational visibility.
• Develop automation workflows, runbook automation, and auto-remediation solutions.
• Integrate monitoring platforms with ITSM processes and enterprise systems.
• Drive improvements in system reliability, availability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
