Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with expertise in implementing and configuring ITOM suite components, integrations, and scripting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of infrastructure environments, monitoring tools, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM suite components, including:
- CSDM
- CMDB
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Basic understanding of ITIL/industry standards.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes.
Technical Skills
- ServiceNow ITOM suite (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- Basic knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration.
- Intermediate understanding of infrastructure environments.
- Scripting and RegEx expertise:
- JavaScript
- Unix Shell scripting
- Windows scripting
- PowerShell
- Integration experience using REST API, SOAP, JDBC, SFTP.
