Servicenow ITOM Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain ITSM processes using ServiceNow platform to ensure efficient IT operations.
• Develop and execute event management plans to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimize workflows.
• Provide technical guidance on configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in ITOM (IT Operations Management).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform including its modules such as incident management, problem management, change management etc.
• Experience in designing and implementing event management strategies to minimize downtime.
