Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Consultant with expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) to design, implement, and optimize asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will help organizations improve asset visibility, compliance, governance, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support ServiceNow ITAM modules, including:
• Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Software Asset Management (SAM)
• Asset Lifecycle Management
• Software Compliance & License Management
• Configure and customize ITAM solutions based on business requirements.
• Manage asset discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
• Develop workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with discovery tools, procurement systems, and third-party applications.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and production issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish asset governance and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years of ServiceNow ITAM implementation experience.
• Hands-on expertise in HAM and/or SAM implementations.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, software licensing, compliance, and audit processes.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow platform configuration.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise asset and procurement systems.
