**ServiceNow IRM / GRC Developer**

**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **ServiceNow IRM / GRC Developer** to design, develop and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with **Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)**, combined with solid ServiceNow development, JavaScript and integration capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design, develop and implement ServiceNow **IRM/GRC** solutions.
- Configure and enhance **Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management and Vendor/Third-Party Risk** capabilities.
- Develop and customize workflows, forms, notifications, reports and dashboards.
- Translate business and risk-management requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop using **JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Flow Designer**.
- Build and maintain integrations with external platforms and data sources using **REST/SOAP APIs**.
- Support data loading and transformation using ServiceNow capabilities such as Import Sets and Transform Maps.
- Maintain and enhance existing IRM/GRC solutions with a focus on reliability, performance and scalability.
- Develop technical designs, test plans and related implementation documentation.
- Participate in Agile delivery, including estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement and delivery.
- Follow ServiceNow development, testing and coding standards.

**Required Experience**

- **5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.**
- **3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience.**
- Demonstrated experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications.
- Strong hands-on development experience with **JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting**.
- Experience with **Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Flow Designer**.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using **REST/SOAP APIs**.
- Experience working with enterprise risk, compliance and control processes.
- Understanding of relevant frameworks such as **NIST, ISO 27001 and SOX**.
- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** delivery environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.

**Preferred Certifications**

- **ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)**
- **ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)**
- **ServiceNow IRM/GRC Implementation Specialist**

**Preferred Profile**

We are specifically looking for candidates with **real implementation experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC**. Generic ServiceNow ITSM development experience alone is not sufficient.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a customized ServiceNow environment and should have strong hands-on experience with **JavaScript, IRM configuration, workflow development, integrations and enterprise risk-management use cases**.
