Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to design, implement, and support Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR case management, employee service delivery, knowledge management, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support ServiceNow HRSD modules, including:
• HR Case & Knowledge Management
• Employee Center
• Lifecycle Events
• HR Service Catalog
• Document Management
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable HRSD solutions.
• Configure workflows, forms, catalogs, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop integrations with HR systems and third-party applications.
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to improve employee experience.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Hands-on experience in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management.
• Strong ServiceNow platform configuration and customization skills.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of HR processes and employee service delivery models.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
