Required Skills & Experience
7+ years experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementations with multiple end-to-end implementations under their belt
Strong understanding of how ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM coexist within the same ServiceNow environment
ServiceNow architecture experience, including reviewing designs and ensuring what is architected is implemented correctly
Ability to perform hands-on Business Analyst work, in addition to architecture support including documentation and requirements/process work
Ability to independently review and validate an implementation partners work products, including architectural diagrams
Experience working within established enterprise architecture, security, and ServiceNow standards
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience migrating legacy documents/content into ServiceNow
Oracle IPM migration experience
Experience overseeing or providing technical governance for a large ServiceNow HRSD implementation partner
Job Description
This person will serve as the client-side ServiceNow HRSD expert, while also supporting the implementation partner. They’ll ensure the HR Case Management/HRSD solution being designed is actually implemented according to the agreed architecture and integrates appropriately with the existing ITSM environment. In addition to architecture oversight, they’ll stay hands-on with BA and documentation work, review partner deliverables, and support the migration of documents from the legacy Oracle IPM platform into ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
Provide architectural oversight for the ServiceNow HRSD implementation
Ensure HRSD fits appropriately alongside the existing ServiceNow ITSM module and security framework
Review implementation partner designs, architectural diagrams, documentation, and other work products
Validate that the solution being implemented aligns with approved architecture and ServiceNow standards
Perform Business Analyst work, including requirements, process, and project documentation
Work independently with the implementation partner and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve design/integration issues
Support migration of documents from the legacy Oracle IPM environment into ServiceNow
Remain engaged across both the HRSD implementation and subsequent document migration effort
