We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead architecture, solution design, implementation governance, and platform strategy for enterprise HR transformation initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in HR Service Delivery and the ability to drive large-scale ServiceNow programs.

Responsibilities

• Define HRSD architecture and solution strategy.
• Conduct design workshops and architecture reviews.
• Lead Employee Center and HR Case Management implementations.
• Design integrations with enterprise HR systems.
• Define governance frameworks and best practices.
• Mentor development teams across projects.
• Participate in client discussions and solutioning engagements.
