Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM Consultant to design, implement, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will help organizations strengthen risk management, compliance, audit, and policy management processes through the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including:
• Policy & Compliance Management
• Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Vendor Risk Management
• Business Continuity Management
• Enterprise Risk Management
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure workflows, assessments, controls, risk registers, and dashboards.
• Develop integrations, automation, and reporting capabilities within the platform.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, audit, security, and risk stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years of ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and reporting.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and industry compliance standards.
